INFORMATION YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE UTILIZING OUR SERVICES

We extend our gratitude in advance for choosing Party Favours Events to coordinate your event.

 

Effective immediately, please note that Party Favours Events will no longer offer decoration services or utilize balloons for UNCOVERED outdoor events due to unpredictable weather conditions. We kindly request that all booked events take place in a venue or within a completely covered space.

For all bookings, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required, with the remaining balance due thirty days before the event date. Failure to settle the remaining balance by this deadline will result in the cancellation of the event.

Regarding digital invitations, please be aware that our basic templates are photo or video-based and complimentary. Should you request a custom invitation, our graphic designer will create one starting at $75. Custom invitation orders must be placed at the time of booking.

For events booked less than three weeks in advance, a non-negotiable rush fee starting at $200 will be applied to cover any late fees incurred by vendors. If your event date is within three weeks of booking, please ensure full payment and the addition of the rush fee.

If you plan to book an event within the same week as the event date, kindly call us at 713-565-2994 first to confirm availability.

Delivery, taxes and payment processing fees are included in all invoices. For deliveries of rental items not requiring full-service event support, a minimum order of $300 (before taxes and delivery) is applicable. A signed contract is required upon booking to finalize your order.

You have three options to book our services:

Option 1: Recommended for clients not needing full-service event planning. Rental items, balloons, packages, and deals can be booked via our jot form link: www.jotform.com/form/232708695389170. Our website always reflects current pricing and inventory.

Option 2: Recommended for clients requiring full-service event planning and vendor oversight. A consultation is mandatory for this option, with a fee of 23% of the total budget.

Option 3: Day of coordination, recommended for clients who would like to book their own vendors but would like us to oversee those vendors on the day of your event.
