INFORMATION YOU MUST KNOW

Thank you in advance for allowing Party Favours Events to plan your event.

 

Effective immediately, PFE will no longer decorate or use balloons for UNCOVERED outdoor events, due to unpredictable weather. Please ensure all events booked are in a venue or completely covered space. 

All bookings require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit . The remaining balance will be due thirty days before the event. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this deadline will result in event cancellation.


Digital invitations: Digital invitations are photo or video based & are BASIC templates. If a custom invitation is requested, those will be designed by our graphic designer starting at $50 and the order must be placed at the time of booking. Digital invitations are complementary and do not come out of your budget package.
 

*Any event booked less than three weeks in advance requires a non-negotiable rush fee starting at $200 . This fee will cover all late fees charged by vendors. If your event is less than three weeks away from your booking date, please pay 100% of your balance and add the rush fee.

 

If you are booking an event the same week as the event date, please book a consultation first to ensure availability. Be sure to mention that you are requesting to book the same week that the event is being held in the “notes for event planner” space.

Delivery &  payment processing fees are added to all invoices. There is a $300 minimum (before taxes and delivery) for deliveries of rental items that do not require a full-service event. A contract is required for all bookings. Upon booking, please be sure to sign your contract and upload your inspiration photos . The contract must be received in order to complete your order.
